Wrapped in Hope Store Policy

Thank you for supporting Allies Way's Wrapped in Hope Collection. Every purchase helps further our mission of supporting families experiencing housing instability and removing barriers that stand between families and stable housing.

Product Information

Wrapped in Hope scarves are carefully selected and prepared for sale. Due to differences in lighting, photography, computer screens, and fabric production, colors and patterns may vary slightly from the images shown online.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and photographs before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are received. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Allies Way as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Availability

Some Wrapped in Hope designs are available in limited quantities. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed.

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will be contacted and offered an appropriate replacement or refund.

Purpose of Your Purchase

Wrapped in Hope is a fundraising initiative of Allies Way. Proceeds from purchases help support Allies Way programs and our Stable Housing & Barrier Removal Mission.

Your purchase is a retail transaction in support of our mission and should not automatically be considered a tax-deductible charitable donation. Please consult a tax professional regarding your individual circumstances.

Customer Care

We want every Wrapped in Hope customer to have a positive experience. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and allow our team the opportunity to assist you.

Wrapped in Hope Return & Exchange Policy

Because Wrapped in Hope is a fundraising initiative supporting the mission of Allies Way, all purchases are generally considered final sale.

However, we want you to be happy with your order and will gladly assist when an item arrives damaged, defective, or when you receive an incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your scarf arrives damaged, defective, or is different from the item you ordered, please contact Allies Way within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name

• Order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the item and any damage or error

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Final Sale

We cannot accept returns or exchanges because of:

• Change of mind

• Personal color or style preference

• Minor variations in print placement or color

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, perfumed, or damaged after delivery

For health and hygiene reasons, scarves that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was a verified defect present when the item was received.

Approved Returns

Please do not mail an item back without first contacting Allies Way and receiving return instructions.

When a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging unless the item was received damaged.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Allies Way.

We appreciate your understanding and, most importantly, your support of the families and communities served through Allies Way.

Wrapped in Hope Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Wrapped in Hope by Allies Way. We carefully prepare each order and want your scarves to arrive safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. During fundraising events, holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Allies Way.

Shipping Confirmation

When available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information after an order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Allies Way cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Allies Way's control.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact Allies Way if additional assistance is needed.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your leasing office or front desk, and the shipping carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping concerns, but Allies Way cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Allies Way because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.
